His father, a construction worker by trade, had one primary goal: to give his children the opportunity to pursue higher education. The family moved to Athens in 1990, and from an early age, Sokratis demonstrated remarkable skills in Ancient Greek, which led him to decide to study law.

After graduating from Halandri High School with honors, he did not initially succeed in gaining admission to Law School. However, through persistence and the support of his father, he retook the exams and was admitted to the Athens Law School — the largest and most demanding law faculty in the country. His academic journey was outstanding, particularly in public law, administrative law, and administrative procedural law, where he stood out as one of the top students of his generation.

First Steps and Development in the Legal World

In 2000, while still a student, he began working at the law office of his mentor, Christos Kalampalikis, where he stayed until 2004. There, he completed his legal apprenticeship and acquired his first practical experience as a lawyer. On September 3, 2004, he officially obtained his license to practice law and embarked on his legal career with determination.

In 2007, after gaining significant experience, he made the bold decision to open his own law office. Since then, he has developed a dynamic presence in the legal field, maintaining two offices — one in Athens and one in Agios Dimitrios — and handling high-level, complex cases.

Although his initial specialization was in public law, his depth of knowledge quickly expanded into other legal domains. His involvement with expropriations, compensations, and property issues brought him into direct contact with civil law, while his courtroom practice also established him in the field of criminal law.
